Free Mental Health Counseling

Since 2017, Tri-County Health Network has offered teletherapy services to our community members. Teletherapy is the delivery of therapy through a secure, live video connection over the internet – think Skype with a therapist. Teletherapy can take place in the comfort of your own home or through one of our designated site facilities or enrolled schools. Teletherapy is free for students and staff at participating schools, including Ouray. To sign up visit:
Also accepting clients is the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health's I Matter campaign, a program that provides up to three free counseling sessions for Colorado youth. Youth and their parents can visit the I Matter platform to take a confidential online survey about their mental health and schedule sessions with a licensed behavioral health clinician, primarily online over telehealth. All Colorado youth ages 18 or younger—or 21 and younger if receiving special education services—are eligible to receive free services. To get started visit:
Your school counselors, Kim Sills and Jaceson Cole, are available to answer questions you may have about therapy and to help you access resources. Please reach out when you need help.
