There are several developing housing projects in the Ouray area for local works. That's exciting! One of them is the Rural Homes of Ouray County, who has projects in Norwood, Ridgway, and Ouray. A local group meets every other month to get updates and advise a member of the RHOC team. The committee is seeking to increase its members, preferably with people who may be prospective home buyers.
